I am so grateful for this shop! Their website mentions their code of ethics, and for once, this is a company who walks the walk. I just used them for the 3rd time, this time for my Jeep with an exhaust problem. I know they’re a transmission shop,... but I know I can TRUST any diagnosis they provide and the work they perform. The Jeep either needed a $450 repair job on the manifold, or it needed an entire new $3000 exhaust system - I was at their mercy, but I knew no matter what, I could TRUST the outcome and the invoice. If I could give them a million stars I would. Their customer service is unbelievable. I had my car worked on by another local shop which ripped me out of $2000 only for my car to brake down 4days later. I had my car towed to Precision Transmission... as I had heard great things about them from a friend. They performed a Diagnostics on my car and found it was an engine rod. Having saw all the new parts I had just put on my car they said they felt awful for me and were not going to charge me for the oil or diagnostics. They even allowed me to keep my car parked there for 4 days until I was able to sort out what I was gonna do with my car.While waiting in the lobby I over heard Sara (I believe) explaining to another customer on the phone the work that needed to be done to there car. As she was explaining though she said "if we find that there is something more serious going on we stop work contact you again to see how you want us to proceed." For me that spoke volumes as their honesty and integrity as a shop. That they were not out for money. I told them that they have definitely gained a customer because of their kindness to me.read more

This is one of the best transmission specialist in the country!!!,…..they saved my transmission and rebuilt it;….now it is better than when the vehicle was brand new !! They also took the time and help me get financial assistance to help you pay for... this rebuild.I am very grateful that they took the time and used their expertise to get the job done correctly ; you will not find better technicians when it comes to rebuilding a transmission; they are simply the BEST!!!!!“Thank you so much” to all the staff at Precision Transmissionread more

On May 12th 2022, I brought my classic 1995 Ford F-150 in for an issue with the overdrive. I had taken the truck to several other service centers for work. Nobody was able to resolve the issue. Not only did Precision repair the issue, they noted... a loose wire to something else and took care of that as well. A GREAT experience great staff and very organized. I wish they did tune-ups and AC repair, lol. A quick added edit, they charged me only $218.33 for the repair. Another company on Ridgewood in Holly Hill I took the truck to prior to Precision Transmission charged me $85 and could not figure out the issue. I own a small real estate business locally and I can just tell they have great pride in their work and treating customers fairly.read more

What a great business. I have taken three different vehicles here, and they are always fast and fair priced. Great communication and I have nothing but great things to say. There was an issue with our speedometer and they chased it down through a... wiring issue and fixed it no problem. They have gone above and beyond for us.read more
